About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT and Information Security Manager to join Toshiba's team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of information technology and information security across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team to deliver IT services and ensure the provision of support across normal office hours and holiday periods.
- Perform hands-on configuration, administration, and maintenance of IT systems, including firewalls, networking, email, storage, backup, and anti-malware.
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures in line with global corporate policies, relevant legislation, and standards.
- Report and execute audit functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with information owners to implement information security policies and procedures.
- Develop local policies and procedures in line with global corporate policies, relevant legislation, and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Good technical skills across a wide range of systems, including firewalls, networking, email, storage, backup, telephones, Windows services, anti-malware, vulnerability scanning, Linux computing resources, Linux, Sage 200, and Windows client machines.
- Experience of provisioning and managing cloud services under strict security policies and related compliance matters.
- Experience of working in a substantial corporate environment, a standards-based environment, or a policy-driven environment.
