Administrative Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stocks Hall Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Residential Care Home in Ormskirk, including:
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
- Answering phone calls and responding to internal emails.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have strong communication skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the Role
This part-time position involves working two days per week, 9am – 5pm, supporting the Home Manager in key areas of administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional reception facility for the Home and liaising closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
