As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel and grounds, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and maintain the upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned.
- Ensure the hotel is safe and functional at all times, carrying out regular checks and testing, and addressing any health & safety concerns with the utmost urgency.
- Previous maintenance or facilities management experience, with a strong compliance and legislation knowledge.
- People management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Relevant qualifications, such as health & safety and trade qualifications, are desirable but not essential.
