Join Our Team as an Online Order Coordinator

Are you passionate about food, shopping, and a dynamic work environment? As an Online Order Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' online shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.

This position involves hands-on responsibilities, from the moment a customer places an order on our website to the delivery of their shopping at their doorstep.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Work on the shop floor to carefully select and pack customers' orders, ensuring the highest quality products are chosen.
  • Customer Support: Assist in our online warehouse by addressing customer inquiries and processing orders efficiently.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our delivery drivers to ensure timely loading of vans for on-time deliveries.

In every aspect of your work, you will take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers, demonstrating a keen attention to detail. Comfort with technology and physical activity is essential, as you may need to lift and move shopping containers weighing up to 15kg.
