Your role will involve developing data-driven, market-specific plans to ensure the University achieves its international recruitment targets while maintaining a diverse and high-quality student body. You will oversee an international recruitment budget exceeding £500k and collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, admissions, and the broader University community to ensure alignment with the University's 10-year internationalisation strategy.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the University's global standing, directly influencing its international presence and reputation through innovative recruitment and market engagement strategies.
About You
You will have significant experience in international student recruitment, ideally within the higher education sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets across multiple international markets. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess detailed knowledge of global student recruitment markets, particularly in major markets such as India and China.
