Blue Arrow is seeking a dedicated Agent Visits Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for agent visits, including managing a booking system and coordinating video conferencing services.

As the primary point of contact for visiting agents and internal stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and facilitate video conferencing arrangements for agent visits, as well as for Appeals Court and Sheriff Court sessions.
  • Operate video conferencing equipment and verify the identity of participants prior to granting access.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure that all data is current and reliable.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external inquiries.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in various administrative functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with facilities or audio-visual equipment operation is a significant advantage.
