Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and people-centric Health, Safety & Environmental professional to lead our site's Health, Safety & Environmental function. As a senior Advisor or established Site HSE Manager, you will empower a dedicated production and operations workforce to own the safety agenda and lead the implementation of a medium-sized site's cultural change programme in HSE excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Visible, onsite, leading the Health, Safety & Environmental function across the site, responsible for implementing H&SE management systems
- Lead the development and implementation of the site's Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with the Group Sustainability and HSE Strategy
- Coach and mentor production and operations staff to ensure a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Implement and maintain a robust Health, Safety & Environmental management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production and operations staff
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with site operations teams to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
