Role Responsibilities
As a Paediatric Emergency Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Paediatric Lead.
- Engaging with patients' families and caregivers to discuss the care and condition of paediatric patients.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills and sound decision-making in dynamic clinical situations.
- Utilizing specialized equipment such as monitors and ventilators.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of paid experience in a Paediatric A&E nursing environment within the last 3 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and staying updated with current nursing practices.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
