Overview

The Opportunity:

The Institutional Funds Analyst at Fisher Investments Europe will collaborate closely with the Institutional Funds Team Leader,

Institutional Management, the Directors overseeing the firm's funds, custodians, institutional clients and prospects, as well as various internal departments to manage and develop Institutional funds. The Analyst will lead fund creation initiatives, manage platform and sub-distribution partnerships, and execute Sales Management strategies that affect Institutional funds. Reporting directly to the Funds Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our operations.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and facilitate the onboarding of new sub-distributors and database platforms, including overseeing contract negotiations, due diligence, and operational setup.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of new fund creation and ensure the ongoing maintenance of existing funds.
  • Utilize project management expertise to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Stay informed about compliance matters relevant to the institutional sector, including unique ethical standards and internal policies.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with UCITS (Irish domiciled) Funds is essential.
  • Experience in supporting fund sub-distributors and/or database platforms is required.
  • Strong qualitative and/or quantitative analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proven ability to analyze situations and devise innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
