Overview
The Opportunity:
The Institutional Funds Analyst at Fisher Investments Europe will collaborate closely with the Institutional Funds Team Leader,
Institutional Management, fund directors, custodians, and institutional clients/prospects, along with various internal departments to establish and manage Institutional funds. This role entails overseeing fund development initiatives, managing platform and sub-distribution partnerships, and executing Sales Management strategies that influence Institutional funds. You will report directly to the Funds Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and facilitate the onboarding of new sub-distributors and database platforms, which includes contract negotiations, due diligence oversight, and operational setup.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of new fund creation and the ongoing maintenance of existing funds.
- Utilize project management expertise to steer projects to successful completion.
- Comprehend and monitor compliance matters pertinent to the institutional sector, including unique ethical codes and internal standards.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience with UCITS (Irish domiciled) Funds.
- Experience in supporting fund sub-distributors and/or database platforms is essential.
- Strong qualitative and/or quantitative analytical skills are required.
- Proven ability to analyze situations and devise innovative solutions.
- Capability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
