Position: Broker Relationship Executive

Role Summary

In the capacity of a Broker Relationship Executive at Admiral Insurance Plc, your primary focus will be to cultivate and sustain connections with our chosen network of second charge mortgage brokers. You will play a crucial role in driving business expansion through the integration of technology and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with mortgage brokers
  • Facilitate case progression and enhance conversion rates
  • Spot sales opportunities and articulate unique selling propositions
  • Assist intermediaries and clients with system-related inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to boost customer satisfaction
  • Keep an updated CRM system and evaluate account performance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer or Business Relationship Management
  • Familiarity with Secured Lending is advantageous
  • Proven history of achieving targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
  • Capability to utilize data for identifying business opportunities
  • CEMAP qualification is preferred
