Position: Broker Relationship Executive
Role Summary
In the capacity of a Broker Relationship Executive at Admiral Insurance Plc, your primary focus will be to cultivate and sustain connections with our chosen network of second charge mortgage brokers. You will play a crucial role in driving business expansion through the integration of technology and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with mortgage brokers
- Facilitate case progression and enhance conversion rates
- Spot sales opportunities and articulate unique selling propositions
- Assist intermediaries and clients with system-related inquiries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to boost customer satisfaction
- Keep an updated CRM system and evaluate account performance
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Customer or Business Relationship Management
- Familiarity with Secured Lending is advantageous
- Proven history of achieving targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Capability to utilize data for identifying business opportunities
- CEMAP qualification is preferred
