Job Title: Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team for a groundworks package on a new build commercial development in Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Validated skills in MS Office and construction software.
