Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division at Ground Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the performance and growth of the division, ensuring that we exceed our clients' expectations on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the rail infrastructure industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
