Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist for Children and Young People, you will be responsible for assessing and managing caseloads, conducting interventions, and providing training to support the development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage caseloads of children and young people with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support communication development
  • Conduct training and workshops to support staff and parents in understanding and supporting children's communication needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field
  • HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with children and young people with speech and language disorders
