Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Henry Schein. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
