About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Environmental Services Operative to join our team at Riverside Group. As an Environmental Services Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds and open spaces owned by the Group, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of grounds maintenance work within your assigned region, including landscaped areas, gardens, and open spaces.
  • Provide community insight, reporting any environmental issues, community safety concerns, or resident feedback to the Environmental Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Ensure work activities are compliant with the organisation's policies and procedures, as well as external statutory and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
  • Environmental Services / grounds maintenance experience.
  • Ability to undertake manual work.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
