We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Building Liaison Officer. This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2026, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant contribution to our innovative foster care model.

About the Role

The Mockingbird Family Model is an alternative method of delivering foster care that focuses on building strong relationships between carers, children, and social workers. As a Building Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our foster households and creating a network of carers who can provide frontline care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the Mockingbird Family Model
  • Build and maintain relationships with foster carers, children, and social workers
  • Provide training and support to foster carers on relational care and support
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to foster care
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of the foster care service
