Machine Tool Breakdown and Maintenance Specialist

Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester, is seeking a skilled Machine Tool Breakdown and Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market-leading Machine Tool manufacturer who has been at the forefront of the industry for many years.
The RoleThe purpose and remit of the Machine Tool Breakdown and Maintenance Engineer role include:
- Service and repair CNC Machines.
The Machine Tool Breakdown and Maintenance Engineer should possess:
- Knowledge of CNC machine tools and servicing/repairing them.
- Mechanical bias but able to take on Electrical tasks as required.
- Able to CNC fault diagnosis using PLC.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and innovative to help improve processes.
- Flexible approach to a varied workload.
This role offers a competitive salary and overtime potential as the role will involve working to customer demands and working away from home on occasions. Benefits include 25 days holiday, life insurance, and well-being programs, Scottish Widows pension, free uniform, free parking, and a subsidised restaurant on site. Company car, mobile phone, and laptop will all be provided.
