MSX International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Denham, Buckinghamshire. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programs to Nissan technicians.

About the Role

  • Deliver core technical training programs, including EV, to Dealer technicians
  • Develop and implement learner-focused training solutions
  • Align all delivery to the Nissan brand culture and requirements
  • Utilize innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
  • Support course development work as and when required
  • Adapt European materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses
  • Manage vehicle fleets onsite

Requirements

  • Possess a Senior Technician status (or above)
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives
  • Dynamic and engaging communication style
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new and revised learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies
  • Natural desire and ability to coach and develop others
  • Open to embracing new delivery methodologies
  • Industry-recognized training accreditation and technical achievements
  • Understanding of assessment tools and their links to learning and development
  • Proficient MS Office package skills
  • Clean driving license

Working Pattern and Location

  • 40 hours per week
