Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled GNC Systems Engineer to join our founding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for simulating, implementing, and testing algorithms for effective target engagement for our counter-UAS mini-missiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement control algorithms for missile guidance and navigation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate system-level solutions
  • Conduct simulations and testing to validate algorithm performance and accuracy
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience developing control algorithms for missiles, UAVs, or other airborne systems
  • Proficient in control theory, trajectory optimization, and real-time systems
  • Strong system-level thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with start-up environments and agile development methodologies
  • Strong passion for rocketry and aerospace engineering
  • Willingness to work from the UK or Ukraine (with flexibility to travel as needed)
