Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and care plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and support.
  • Training in venepuncture, cannulation, and NEWs 2, with a willingness to continue professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as required.
