About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Peel Gardens Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their medication, meal times, and mobility needs.
  • Engage with residents in activities, such as hobbies, games, and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
