About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Belvedere Manor, Colne. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Support residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as meals, medication, and mobility
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about caring for older people and has previous experience in a care setting. You will have a minimum of an NVQ level 2 in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will be patient, kind, and compassionate, with a warm and caring nature. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.
