About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and assist in creating a strategic sales and marketing plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with corporate clients, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Ability to develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
