About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Appoint-Ed Support Staff. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of our clients in the Wigan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial management of our clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and support a team of finance staff, including training and development.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Manage financial relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, including IRIS Financials/Access Education Budgets.
