Job Title: Food and Beverage Director

Olympia Events is undergoing a period of transformation, driven by the vision of its new owners, Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International. The venue is being reimagined as a cultural hub, with a new theatre, music venue, hotels, and public realm. As part of ASM Global, the world's leading venue management company, we operate and invest in premier venues worldwide.

Job Purpose:

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive transformational change and optimize revenue streams in the food and beverage space at Olympia Events. As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for the overall running of the Catering offer for the Events business, driving quality and service standards to the highest level and promoting innovation and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to maintain close controls on product and labor while ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Provide inspirational leadership in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Requirements:

This position requires a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence. You will have a deep understanding of food and beverage trends and be able to effectively negotiate with suppliers. Your ability to provide inspirational leadership and drive transformational change is essential.
