We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Door Officer to join our team at Kent County Council. As a key member of our Front Door Service, you will play a vital role in gathering, recording, and analyzing information from various sources to inform decision-making and ensure children and their families receive the right level of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to information and enquiries from the public, district teams, and partner agencies in a professional and efficient manner.
- Utilize excellent communication and IT skills to manage and respond to challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with a team led by a Team Manager, supported by Senior Practitioners and Experienced Social Workers.
- Contribute to decision-making by analyzing information from various sources.
