About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at MTrec Ltd Commercial. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email campaigns and flows to complement our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email campaigns and flows to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage the integration and effective use of CRM systems to enhance customer data analysis, segmentation, and targeted marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty programmes and CRM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align loyalty strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and e-commerce within a retail or B2C environment.
  • Proven and demonstratable experience in email marketing within a B2B organisation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative loyalty strategies.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Be focused on helping people and resolving their queries.

Working Hours: Based on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm on a 1 week rotational cycle.
