In2 Consult is collaborating with a prominent real estate firm in Reading, Berkshire, to find a dedicated and personable Finance Administrator. This role is essential for the ongoing expansion of the organization.

As a Finance Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include direct communication with clients and managing charges related to leased properties. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the accounts payable department by processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements, as well as assisting the collections team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to generate charges for leased properties.
  • Assist the accounts payable team with invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Support the collections team in managing outstanding balances as required.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions and lease agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and have some experience in a professional or business setting. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to new software applications are essential for success in this role.
