Job Title: Soft Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our team at Grichan Whitestone Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the domestic security and cleaning teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the soft service operation to agreed specifications and performance targets.
  • Provide leadership, role modeling, and direction to delivery teams within the soft services areas of the business.
  • Ensure continuous improvements are made to service delivery and operational objectives.
  • Support the Contract Manager in delivering domestic, portering, linen, waste, security, reception, and helpdesk services on sites.
  • Manage through others, ensuring they have necessary competence, training, back-up, and support to deliver required outputs.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing Soft FM services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent people management skills, clear thinker with ability to flex to demands of the role.
  • Good administrative skills.
