The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Nottingham. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for booking in product demos and meetings for our business development team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting potential new customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Working closely with our business development team to ensure maximum opportunity conversion.
  • Meeting regular activity targets, including call time and calls made.
What's In It for You?

We offer a competitive base salary of £27,500, with uncapped commission opportunities on top. You will be rewarded for successful demos and a percentage of any deals that convert.

Our flat structure means you will have direct contact time with our CEO and decisions are made quickly. We also offer regular early finish Fridays, free beer and prosecco taps, a barista on site, and a dog-friendly office.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a phone-based customer service or call center role.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to put in 100% effort.
  • Intelligence, articulation, and credibility on the phone.
