We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Nursery Nurse. The successful candidate will be a key person for children and play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 23.25 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday. The postholder will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Our Nursery

St Annes College Day Nursery is a full-time day nursery, located in a purpose-built detached building and private garden. We cater for up to twelve children and are open year-round. Our nursery has recently been rated Outstanding by Ofsted, a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality care and education programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards
