{"h1": "Senior Bid Manager", "p": "At Reed, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for writing and project managing high-value tenders and presentations for our future clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Writing tenders for clients across all industries and sectors
* Working in partnership with our business development team to ensure we get the information we need, when we need it
* Regularly reviewing and updating our library of information to support our proposals
* Collating information from across our business, engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Supporting different stages of the tender process, including PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, RFPs and presentations
* Supporting our approach to continuous improvement and identifying better ways of working by conducting reviews with both internal and external stakeholders
* Creating engaging graphics and presentations that support our sales messages
* Supporting the wider bid team in sourcing information and creating winning responses
* Training and supporting more junior members of the team
* Deputising for the Bid Director in their absence
* Leading on continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and capability of the bid function

We are looking for someone with experience in bid management/creation, operational or bid management experience within recruitment, consultancy or BPO, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
