Overview of the Position

Essity is recognized for its prominent consumer brands, such as TENA, Bodyform, Cushelle, Velvet, Plenty, and Tork. Our goal is to dismantle barriers and enhance the well-being of individuals globally through our health and hygiene offerings. We are currently in search of a Lead Brand Strategist – Household Products to spearhead the marketing initiatives for our household towel brand, Plenty. This position entails managing daily marketing operations to foster brand expansion.

This full-time role provides a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work up to two days a week while spending three days at our Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute regional marketing strategies aligned with market demands
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners
  • Direct brand strategy and product initiatives for Plenty
  • Oversee brand marketing projects, focusing on both ATL and BTL channels
  • Engage in product range development and improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with effective project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
