Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for helping clients across various sectors develop and implement effective brand strategies.

Your primary focus will be on conducting audience and market research, distilling complex information into clear strategic directions, and collaborating with designers to ensure consistency with strategic goals. You will also be responsible for designing and leading strategy workshops with clients, formulating brand strategy outputs, and maintaining cultural awareness and promoting diversity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a confident, personable, and culturally informed style that adapts to various brand sectors and engages clients effectively. You should be comfortable contributing to research, creative ideation, and writing, and be able to flex across different disciplines and collaborate with different members of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct audience and market research to inform brand strategy
  • Develop clear strategic directions and creative briefs
  • Design and lead strategy workshops with clients
  • Formulate brand strategy outputs, including brand ideas, vision, mission, values, and positioning
  • Liaise with designers to ensure consistency with strategic goals
  • Maintain cultural awareness and promote diversity
  • Develop strategy resources, including deck templates, workshop templates, and strategy briefing documents
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Strategist
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to flex across different disciplines and collaborate with different members of the team
  • Cultural awareness and ability to promote diversity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £40k to £50k pro rata, depending on experience, plus profit share scheme
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
