Join Our Team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Permanent People Rec2Rec. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the Accountancy & Finance sector.

About the Role:

  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients in the Accountancy & Finance sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Accountancy & Finance sector
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Accountancy & Finance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
