In line with our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Engineering Training Standards department as a Base Maintenance Training Standards Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting training and supporting the highest standards within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update MRO employee training records via AMOS
  • Issue MRO training course records when requested
  • Create Employee Training Reports when requested
  • Monitor the mandatory training of MRO employees
  • Schedule training courses
  • Control classroom usage
  • Control instructor alignment to courses
  • Process enrolment of staff onto training courses
  • Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses
  • Maintain training registers for MRO training department
  • Password Resets for Learning Management System
  • Control Assessment Materials
  • Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability
  • Book HOTAC at BM Training Manager's request
  • Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment
  • Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO
  • Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested
  • Send notification of courses running to base maintenance staff
  • Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Manager
  • Report any error on training material to the BM Training Manager
  • Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Manager
