Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with the people we support, fostering open and two-way communication.
  • Support individuals in undertaking their rehabilitation programme, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Establish effective methods of communication, reducing barriers when necessary.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
  • Communicate any issues to the clinical team, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Accurately report and/or record work activities, maintaining high standards of documentation.
