As an Aerospace Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the export documentation process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export Documentation: Coordinate the preparation and submission of export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Shipments Coordination: Arrange for the transportation of shipments, including booking flights and arranging for collections.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding shipment status and any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Manage operational finances, including costing and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs regulations.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 4 days on and 4 days off, with rotating shifts. The salary range is £33,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus a £4,000 shift allowance.
