About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team of qualified staff in the Tumble area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering residential care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and facilitate community activities, promoting social interaction and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and build strong relationships with service users
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior is preferred but not essential
  • Commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and provide excellent customer service
