About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Post Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
- Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and safe driving record
- Meet or exceed delivery performance standards
Requirements
- Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
