Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Post 2 Post Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients garage equipment and vehicle workshops.

Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on client equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Provide on-site training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide comprehensive reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client needs and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
