**Role Summary:**

The successful candidate will provide clinical support to children with complex neuro-developmental conditions across two specialist schools in the West Midlands region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessments and interventions for children with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for children's educational and therapeutic needs.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluations to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with complex neuro-developmental conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
