Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the financial and commercial performance of your business, across all four revenue streams: the bar, diner, amusements, and bowling.
  • Manage a budget size of at least £1m and deliver all areas of your budget and KPIs.
  • Optimise sales and performance of a business unit, with a relentless approach to delivering the best operational standards in the industry.
  • Coach, develop, and progress your team, with a passion for people and a compassionate approach.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
