Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on residential, retail, and commercial projects, utilizing your technical skills and creative design flair to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a small team to design and develop projects across various sectors, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Utilize your expertise in current UK building regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, leveraging your proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Contribute to the development of creative and innovative designs, balancing technical requirements with aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
  • Significant experience post-qualification, with a proven track record of working on projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
