Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. As a key member of the architectural practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead a small team of architectural technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
  • Significant experience post-qualification, with a proven track record of managing projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in using other industry-standard software.
