About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Development: Spearhead the conceptual and strategic development of retail brands within your portfolio, pushing teams and clients to exceed expectations.

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in all outputs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion and interiors marketing, continuously innovating to differentiate brands in a competitive landscape.
  • Visual Aesthetics: Shape the visual aesthetics, messaging, and tone for campaigns.
  • Project Prioritization: Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively in collaboration with project management and production teams to ensure efficient workflows.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Creative Vision: Strong ability to develop unique, brand-aligned concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams, driving them towards achieving shared goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining brand consistency and delivering the highest quality work.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Decision Making: Quick to process information, make informed decisions, and communicate them effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience leading creative teams, preferably within the fashion sector.
  • Portfolio Experience: Experience across multiple portfolios and agency environments.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Brand Building: Extensive experience in brand building and reappraisal, specifically within retail.
