Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our customer base, focusing on understanding customer motivations and the journey from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to drive business growth.
  • Manage projects efficiently, adjust to changing needs, and ensure all activities are both measurable and scalable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Utilize marketing automation software, such as HubSpot and/or Marketo, to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation software.
  • Awareness of current state-of-the-art marketing operations, email, webinar, forms, and other industry knowledge, best practices, and trends.
  • Ability to think creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency.
  • Experience with email HTML/CSS is beneficial.
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) is beneficial.
