Role Overview:

In the capacity of a Technical Support Specialist, you will deliver advanced technical assistance to both our clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
