About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team at Transform Housing & Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports to provide valuable insights into business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports to executive management
  • Oversee general accounting policies, procedures, and practices within the business
  • Combine financial and analytical skills to aid senior management in decision-making and promote long-term financial success
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and focus on continual improvement
  • Lead the delivery of financial services and engage the support of colleagues in the finance team and across Transform
Requirements
  • A real eye for detail and excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Pride in delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to engage the support of colleagues in the finance team and across Transform
  • Experience in financial accounting, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
